Jason Bartanen is the Founder and Chief Technician Advocate at Collision ProAssist. Before founding Collision ProAssist in 2025, he spent 23 years at I-CAR in roles escalating from Technical Writer to Director of Industry Technical Relations where he oversaw all I-CAR technical product and service development. In his various roles, he fostered relationships with OEMs and tool, equipment, and product makers. He frequently speaks on vehicle technology and its impact on repairs at local, state, national, and international collision repair conferences. After I-CAR, Bartanen spent 6 years at Collision Hub working with industry experts, collision repair facilities, and technicians.
